At Divi Optimizer ("we", "our", or "us"), we believe in privacy by design. Divi Optimizer is an on-premise WordPress plugin. All module computations, style rendering, and script execution take place directly on your hosting server and your visitor's web browser.

We do not track your site visitors, inject hidden tracking scripts, or collect personal browsing data without your consent.

2. Information Collected by the Plugin

Divi Optimizer collects minimal data strictly necessary for license validation and optional feature operations:

License Verification Data: When activating a Pro or Lifetime license key, the plugin securely transmits your license key, WordPress site URL, and plugin version to our activation server to verify licensing eligibility.
No Personal Visitor Tracking: We do not log visitor IP addresses, cookies, or pageviews on our servers.

3. Cloudflare R2 Media Offload & Third-Party Services

When you enable optional extensions such as Cloudflare R2 Media Offload:

Your Cloudflare API credentials (Account ID, Access Key, Secret Key) are encrypted and stored solely in your local WordPress database (wp_options table).
They are never sent to Divi Optimizer servers or exposed in public frontend markup.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Divi Optimizer utilizes minimal local browser storage solely to enhance user experience:

Dark Mode Preference: Stored locally in the user's browser (localStorage.getItem('dot_theme')) to remember Light or Dark mode. No personal identifiers are saved.
Popup Suppression: If you use the Popup Builder extension, a local cookie records whether a visitor has dismissed a promotional modal to prevent repeat interruptions.

5. Data Security

We adopt industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of licensing information. All communication with our license activation API is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption.
